VIZSAFE RULES OF CONDUCT

Vizsafe's Geoaware® Mobile Apps and the Vizsafe.com website are open to user generated content that meets the Rules of Conduct outlined below. Content posts/reports violating these Rules are subject to editing or removal. If you see something on Vizsafe that you believe violates these Rules, please flag the abuse. Flagging such Content does not guarantee that it will be removed from the site.

Spam, Phishing & Self Promotion
Do not spam with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business, or engage in phishing, fraud or other illegal activities. Do not post content that violates others’ privacy, including personally identifying or confidential information like credit card numbers, social security numbers, or non-public contact information. Your account will be terminated and your posts will be deleted.

Copyright & Trademark Infringement
Do not upload, attach, or otherwise post any copyrighted or trademarked material which you are not free to redistribute.

“Offensive” Content
Do not post anything which is offensive, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene, vulgar, inappropriately sexual or violent, or in violation of local or international laws.

Be Respectful
All posts should be respectful and courteous. Do not attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle others or this community.

Vizsafe reserves the right to enforce, or not enforce, these Rules at our discretion. These Rules or Policies do not create a contractual obligation for us to act in any specific manner. We reserve the right to make changes to these Rules of Conduct, per our Terms of Service, and refer to law enforcement when we perceive real risk to anyone’s well being.
